Please note: Although CSS will send totes or lift up prayer requests for a cancer fighter on behalf of a loved one or friend; CSS does not specifically call, write notes or send emails to someone without their expressed permission. If you have a loved one with cancer who would benefit from supportive outreach, please encourage them to request supportive services by filling out this form or at 706.736.5467.
